Q: Is your site secure?

A: Yes. We are using a Paypal shopping cart. Paypal allows you to make secure purchases without revealing your credit card number or financial information. PayPal is a leader in security technology. They use state-of-the-art technology to help prevent fraud, and their expert staff monitors transactions 24/7, enabling you to pay safely.

Q: What types of payment do you accept?

A: You can pay using Paypal or by sending us a cheque (details are shown in check-out cart). PayPal accepts credit cards and cheques. Which means that even without a PayPal account, you can shop at the SSOV online boutique.

Q: Do you ship outside Europe? Can you give me any information on shipping orders to Canada/USA/Kazakhstan?

A: We have just set up a U.S online store, have a look here.

If you live in North America / Canada / Australia, please go to the U.S online store. It will be cheaper for you and you'll definitely get a faster delivery.

Q: Do you have membership cards?

There's two sorts of cards.

When you carry a black one, you are a full time member of our worldwide organisation. This card gives you the honour of knowing that you know who's who and what's like to be part of something that is bigger than the international rugby league.

A red card means that you belong to the elite of the SSOV. This card is also known as the "Supreme Leadership card". It's a pretty rare card and people who carry it are the ones who made it to the top. Don't even think about it.

You'll get a card with every order. Two shops in the USA (Humanitaire and Herbivore) will distribute them too. People from the UK can send us a self-stamped enveloppe and we'll send you a card (SSOV, PO Box 23272, London, SE14 6XD, UK).

Q: What's the minimum order?

A: £2.00!

Q: When will I receive my order?A: Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Before your order ships, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email informing you if we have to delay the shipping of your order.

Q: How do I know if my order went through?

A: At the reception of an automated confirmation email.

Q: Can I change my order after I've clicked "Submit"?

A: To make changes to your order after you've already clicked "Submit," email us! As long as the order hasn't gotten too far along in processing, we should be able to modify it for you. Hurry up!

Q: Why haven't I received an E-mail regarding my order?

A: Please check your Paypal account to ensure that the order went through.

Q: what do you do with your profits?

A: Any profits are re-invested in printing more t-shirts etc. Printing more t-shirts to reach more people and to promote a positive and attractive image of veganism. If money was the objective, we would produce vegetarian merchandise.

Q: May I open a local SSOV bureau and sell some of the SSOV official merchandise?

A: Yes you can. You can order at wholesale price (min. order of 5 same items). If you order more, we might make you a senior member of our international bureau.
