- Shipping & Delivery
- Our mailorder and stock is handled by a company called Shipwire. Shipwire handles the storage, the packing, the shipping and other logistical details from warehouses in the U.S., Canada and Europe. When your items are shipped, a verification email is automatically sent out detailing the shipment information.
- Privacy & Security
- We are committed to treating your personal information with high standards of information security. We work hard to maintain the security and accuracy of personally identifiable information we collect, including limiting the number of people who have physical access to our database servers,
- Returns & Replacements
- If you would like to return one item or more (wrong size, wrong item), please get in touch first and we will sort out a solution. We will give a refund or exchange for any items that do not fit or are defective. We do not refund or exchange books, unless they are damaged. We do not refund or exchange items that have been washed, worn, or altered in any way. Depending on the circumstances, you might be asked to pay for the shipping of the replacement item.
- Ordering
- You need to open a customer account to start ordering things. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Before your order ships, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping options.
- Payment
- We accept Master Card, VISA, American Express, PayPal (Paypal payment and cheques) and ATM / Debit Cards with a VISA or Master Card logo.

- You can check on your latest order by login on your customer account.
- Do you have membership cards?
- There's two sorts of cards.When you carry a black one, you are a full time member of our worldwide organisation. This card gives you the honour of knowing that you know who's who and what's like to be part of something that is bigger than the international rugby league. A red card means that you belong to the elite of the SSOV. This card is also known as the "Supreme Leadership card". It's a pretty rare card and people who carry it are the ones who made it to the top. Don't even think about it.You should get a card with every order. Let us know if you haven't received yours. People from the UK can send us a self-stamped enveloppe and we'll send you a card (SSOV, PO Box 23272, London, SE14 6XD, UK).
